Remove the plastic if the box is wrapped.
Remove the two red tabs at the top and the bottom.
Remove the supports and place them at the bottom of the barbecue.
Light the triangle at the bottom ensuring it is burning.
Do not touch the box until totally burnt and charcoal is white.
Barbecue will be ready for use in approx. 20 minutes.
